LET US HELP YOU

Massage therapy is a hands-on manipulation of the body’s soft
tissues, including muscles, tendons, ligaments, and connective tissues. It is designed to enhance a person’s well-being and promote relaxation.

Massage therapy can provide many benefits, including stress
reduction, pain relief, improved circulation, enhanced
flexibility, and a general sense of well-being. It can also help
with specific conditions such as muscle tension, headaches, and
anxiety.

The frequency of massage depends on individual needs and
goals. Monthly sessions are ideal for clients seeking regular
wellness, while weekly sessions may be desirable if you are
receiving massage for injury relief or to relieve chronic
tightness that is interfering with your daily life. Others may seek
massage as needed for specific issues or stress relief. Discuss
your wellness goals with your massage therapist for guidance
on scheduling your sessions.

You will be properly covered/draped at all times to keep you warm and comfortable. Only the area being worked on will be exposed. No areas will be exposed without your consent. You should always let your therapist know if you are uncomfortable for any reason during your massage session.

You should undress to your desired level of comfort. Some
clients prefer to be completely undressed, while others prefer
to keep their undergarments on. This is completely up to you.
You will undress and dress in the privacy of your massage room
and will be securely covered by a blanket and a sheet during
your massage session.

When you book a service appointment with me, that time spot is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or
reschedule, please get in touch with me at least 24 hours
before your appointment time. Any no-shows or cancellations
made less than 24 hours before your appointment are subject
to an early cancellation fee that is 50% of the service booked.

Since your scheduled appointment time is reserved specifically for you, I would recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to ensure your session starts on time. If you are late, your session time may be cut short.

No, I do not accept insurance. Payment is due at time of
